Sometimes you may get the error message "PUSH Switching Error" in the EagleEyes app. This is usually because the software on your phone is not updated. The following steps will usually solve your problems:

1. Make sure you have the latest version of EagleEyes on your phone, otherwise update
2. Check that your phone's operating system is the latest version, update if not.
3. Restart your phone and see if the error is still there

If the error message is still coming is most likely a network problem, then call our technical support on 031-12 56 00 and button selection 3.
